Refund Policy

You can try DomainDiction free before paying. If a paid subscription does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you have not used the paid features since the renewal.

You can cancel at any time; the subscription then stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle through paddle.net, or write to [email protected] and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
